​​​A Family Affair

​

As a proud 7th generation Arkansan, my family have been small business entrepreneurs across Texas and Arkansas since we came to the United States in the 1800s. We've been active in retail, law, real estate, and other business ever since.

​More Recent History

​

I grew up watching my mother and grandmother operate a women's clothing store. The jobs the store provided to the community, and the ability to make a difference in a business through hard work convinced me to pursue a small business acquisition.

My Background

​

I worked for UPS as part of the UPS Healthcare division, doing everything from sales and marketing to strategy to lobbying. Before that, I worked for startups and a few political campaigns. I'm a native of Little Rock, Arkansas and I have an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Virginia.
